Montana Power Products is currently looking for a Service Manager/Service Writer.
Duties include but not limited to:
Manage service technicians' time and scheduling Run reports of the service department to determine profitability and productivity Manage warranty claims, repair orders Entering repair orders for incoming customer units Billing out customer repair orders Must:
Be at least 18 years old Have a valid driver's license Pass a background check Have the ability to work well with others Be honest and transparent with customer Have at least one year of service writer or manager experience
