The Quality Assurance Manager has the overall responsibility for maintaining and improving the quality procedures used within the production realization process.
The Quality Assurance Manager oversees quality continual monitoring and improvement by maintaining statistical process and statistical quality control methods.
This position leads a team to analyze production quality problems, find root causes, and makes recommendations for corrective action.
They determine inspection methods, techniques, facility needs and frequency of applications of non-destructive, destructive, dimensional, functional, environmental, and other testing.
This position is responsible for the staffing of the quality assurance department to meet the demands of the customer and production line.
The Quality Assurance Manager acts as the liaison between RMT and our customers.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering or Science Discipline.
They will have at least 5 years of related manufacturing experience as well as experience in ISO 9001-2015 quality administration.
