Vintage Ocean City Chelsea saltwater Fishing reel Made in USA Turns, if you flip the little button it clickety-clicks, if you pull down the lever it can't turn. Turning Handle has a bit of separation at the seam. Seems like it works like it should. I'm not the best fisherman, I think my pole had snoopy or mickey on it. Still available at ListedBuy!

1 of the tires has good tread, the other 3 have poor tread. They can be used as a "spare" tire for emergencies, or you can mount your winter tires on the rims in time for winter instead of having to pay each time you have your mechanic mounts or removes your snow tires. $30 for the wheel with good tread, $15 each for the others, or $60 for all 4....
